Qualifications and Life Experience:

 

I honed my coaching skills by studying with the Institute for Life Coach Training, one of the first coach training programs to be accredited by the International Coach Federation. I hold a Master's Degree in Communications, and I've been trained to be a mentor.  I have also taught college-level public speaking.

 

Just as important as my academic background, I bring the compassion and the valuable perspective that only come from life experience:  jobs, marriage, kids, parents and my own challenges, achievements, success and setbacks.
